I haven't posted in a long time, and currently, I'm too lazy to recap all of the things I haven't posted about!!
But in the past few weeks, I've had some incredible times, and also had some not-so-incredible things happen to me. But, through it all, God is SO incredibly amazing. He has blessed me with awesome family and friends.
Peru draws nearer every day. We currently are only around $500 short on funds, praise the Lord. I am so excited for this trip, and I know that I am going to have my eyes opened while I'm there. I've started talking to the two other teens that are going with us, and they both seem really nice.
Now, I will leave you with a verse :)
Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produced perseverance; perseverance, character, and character hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us. Romans 3:3-5, emphasis mine.

...Wow, nobody's ever called me nice before! I just got finished leading my Small Group. The guys in it all are very unique, so it's fun (and challenging) to try to relate to and teach all of them!
Have you ever been on a mission trip before? You're 15 right? Wow, those were the days! Back when I was your age, I was having the most fun of my entire life. Barely any school during the summer and fall, ton's of biking and hangiing out with friends! Seriously though, it's pretty cool all the work that God has been doing in my life. He helped me to realign my focus onto Him and off of myself. Did Pastor Cuthbert give you my testimony? Prayer Letter? It'd be cool to get a copy of your prayer/support letter. In Christ,
-Kelly
...stupid word verification. I can't even distinguish the letters!
*gasps, faints, falls over in shock*
Someone other than me commented! I'm not saying est (latin: he, she, it) shouldn't have, it's just I've been the only one here for awhile.
Yes, I'm backpedaling unashamedly.
Aye, the Rebelution chaps. You've heard of 'em too, eh? How is it they became famous so fast???
Their pater is the pastor of the church my cousins attend.
I know famous people. :D
Well, they're dad and brother helped give them a name.
Ha, I'm glad you didn't assume that I was a girl. (I'm laughing as I glance at my user picture.) I am definetely a guy, although I have received a bunch of mail from people wanting me to be a female model.
And as far as commenting, I figured I'd return the favor and also try to learn a little more about the people that I'm going to Peru with.

Heeheehee, all-encompassing Latin. I love it. It's a great thing when one word has three meanings.
Wait, let me correct that. I know/am related to people who know famous people.
In response to A.J.'s comment on my post, "The Mummy Returns:" A .22 caliber, bolt action, model 82 Kimber.
3 cheers for Army surplus!
Close enough, right?
-Kelly
Somethin' like that, yeah. :)
Never been called nice?
How sad...
or maybe you're trying to warn me of something... *laughs*
Ha, alright, I just said that for posterity. Actually I'm so swamped with compliments I've had to hire a secretary.
-Kelly
I hope you pay her well...
Nice to know I can wrench around the old heartstrings if necessary. I made me cry, too. Blimey, I miss her. She would have loved Swen. :)
I'm in your state. ;)
I don't know if I'll go or not. I haven't looked into it all.
Hillsdale is so green. It's amazing.
